The finished result. It’s very rewarding to steep back and see what you have completed. Also that the client is pleased with the completed project.

The best thing to ask is about other project that they have completed ,how they turned out and if they have any photos of the work completed by them. Also so ask if they were happy with the finished result and if there’s anything that they would do differently.

I am always happy to work with the client in both there plan and budget. I’m a good communicator and will always make sure we are both on the same page. Will be on time and call if there’s a issue

Have a site meeting with me so we can go through the project and discuss all the variables and discuss the best way to resolve any issues / costs

The one thing that I offer is my ability to a vast amount of the work myself. When I can not do it myself( ie Plumbing , Electrical ) I have very good tradesmen that I can recommend

You only rob people once. If you do a good job for a reasonable price I will get repeat business and recommendations from the client

How do you normally charge for your service?

I like to work out the job based on a hourly rate plus materials. When I give a quote it will never exceed that amount but if I get the project finished quicker than expected I’ll deduct those unused hours from the quoted price
