I am a member of the Australian Marriage Celebrants and the Federation of Marriage Celebrants.  These organisations come with insurance for a Marriage Celebrant.  I do guarantee my work and am very proud of it.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I love the feeling I get seeing 2 people in love and making their dreams come true.  The smiles on peoples faces and the abundance of joy fills your soul with a sense of pride and joy.  I am proud to be a Marriage Celebrant and love my work.

Favourite Marriage stories and funkie places to be married. On the beach, in the water, on a boat, scuba diving, sky diving, in a plane, on a mountain, up a tower, in a pub, standing on a podium, in a pool, in bikinis, in dress up suits, in all white, in all colours, in shorts, in longs . . . Its your wedding - plan it how you want it - I will help you make your dreams come true. .

What do you like most about your job?

I love seeing couples so happy that they are extremely proud and full of joy on their wedding day. Their smiles and love light the way.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Accepted Answer

The customer should ask if you are available on a certain date and time and location to perform their wedding. It would also be helpful to ask about the structure of a service that you would like and the time frame.  I find that most couples bond with the celebrant on the first meeting and its all great from then on.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Customers mostly ask me when can we meet to discuss all the ins and out of the service.  This I arrange within a month before the service is due to happen.  This gives time for the paperwork and notifications to be processed.  I can provide you with all the answers to every question that you may have.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have been appointed by the Attorney Generals Office of Australia.  I am also a Teacher, justice of the Peace and wonderful person.  I communicate extremely well with all types of people and will openly help you to achieve what you want on your Wedding Day.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Accepted Answer

When and where you wish to marry so that I can check my diary. It's also helpful to know the type of ceremony (formal,casual etc) and the numbers to be present.  Any special requests or involvements in the ceremony.  Later on I will need to know all your details.  For instance your previous marriage status, date of births, time and date of marriage, event venues, number of people attending and any other special requirements that you might have.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

You can save money by planning your wedding well in advance and keeping a diary of phone numbers and contacts that you will accumulate along the way.  I can give you a planning diary for the set out and placements and service events to aid you in this process.  Its easy as 1 2 3 . . .

Pricing is something that most people ask about but in this area their are only a few great celebrants and we all are on a par for fees and services.  I'd like to think that you pick the person that you feel will be right for you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I have a fee that covers my time, legal paperwork, use of PA system and services inline with most other celebrants.

I specialize in Weddings. I am happy to adapt to any senario that the couple wants.  Whether it's a formal or casual Ceremony you will love it.

I have many years experience in public speaking and teaching.  I have held a Marriage Celebrants Certificate since 2007.  I do ongoing training to keep me uptodate with all the latest in the Law and Marriage worlds.
