  I have insurance and ask every customer before they leave if they are satisfied. If they aren't, which I haven't had yet, I will find out why to ensure their next experience is just as they imagined.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I took up massage to compliment my personal training business, as most PT clients want to train in the mornings or evenings and most massage clients, during the day and evenings. The two work well together.
