Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes our trucks are fully insured as well as public liability as well as basic marine cargo and transit insurance, the customers satisfaction at the end of the day is our biggest concern as we treat everyone's personal possessions as if they were our own and nothing is to hard and we will always give you our best every time we are hired. How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was in the Australian Army in Darwin from 19-24 years old. I moved to Cairns and immediately started work in the transport industry. I then decided that I would challenge myself in starting my own company. 8 years on and I am really excited for the future of the new Matt's Transport and Removals Group team.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One particular job comes to mind, there was a retired Doctor living in a unit complex in Trinity Beach who bought a circular marble table, we delivered it to him but was unable to get the solid framed timber legs through the door.   The doorway was just way to small and it was in a tight corner of the building, so after all attempts we took the solid timber framed table downstairs attached it to a mining sling and hoisted it up 3 stories.  The Doctor said he was that impressed as we never gave up and we didn't let that obstacle beat us, as our main concern was completing his delivery completely to his full satisfaction customer so that he could enjoy his new table in his very nice apartment.  There are many others but we will have to concentrate on your removal now :)

Dealing with new customers daily. I love different challenges that I face every day. I love the physical aspect that my job provides each day.  I also love visiting new places!

What size is your truck? Do you have furniture blankets? How do you differ from other removalists? Do you charge depot to depot? (No we dont) Do you offer storage? (Yes we do) Do you transport heavy items? Do you have 3 men? Do you have priority freight or delivery service? Do you accept c-card?
