Yes we are fully insured through wesfarmers, with 10 million dollars public liability and we always guarantee all of our work for 12 months plus any manufacturers warranties on top.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We like to stay local to our area of Adelaide and try and keep within a 25 kilometer radius so that we can always offer our customers on time service and know that when we book a time with them they will never be disappointed.

I was replacing a toilet one day for a customer of myn, the house was very small and narrow, so the customer gave a hand to remove the old toilet from the house, on the way out I tripped over and the left over water from the toilet went all over me, the customer found this very funny, I saw the funny side of things!!!!

Interacting with the public and solving peoples plumbing and gas issues.  It gives me great pleasure to be able to resolve plumbing and gas problems and see the smile on the customers face at the end.

Type of hot water service, age of the house, how long this problem has been going on for, is the house a rental or owner occupied, is it an emergency and what time will they be available to have a plumber attend?

Our customers can save money before we start the work by:  Sending a photo of the hot water service or toilet that needs repairing,  giving us the model numbers over the phone of the appliance they need fixed and finally if they can expose the broken water pipe in the ground prior to my arrival saving costs on labour immediately.

Our pricing is competitive because we don't have the huge over heads like other bigger plumbing companies in Adelaide and can therefore afford to do our plumbing ad gas work at a much more reasonable level of cost to the customers in Adelaide.

For most jobs we charge a standard call out fee during standard week days and then we charge in 15 minute increments.  For larger projects such as hot water replacements and renovations we provide fixed price quotations.
