A.It is almost impossible to give an accurate quote over the phone.

A customer should always ask if the company is qualified, insured and will they work to the Australian Standards of Arboriculture. Ask them to list everything they have promised and ask them if it is cheaper to keep the wood and mulch.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We are qualified arborists with a level 4 certificate. We are trained in all aspects of the tree industry and have all the relevant health and safety policies put in place. We are trained in safely removing all kinds of trees in all kinds of locations. We are certified to use cherry pickers and work around power lines. We have red cards and all relevant union site compliances.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
MBR specialises in the pruning and removal of all trees.
We can provide on going maintenance that will ensure the long useful life of your tree. We also specialise in elm leaf beetle control.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Our service is all quotation based.

the easiest way to save money, is to ask us if you can keep the wood and mulch. This will save us time and you money.
If you have a tree stump to be removed, save money by clearing and digging away all rubble and dirt from the trunk to be grinded.

Our pricing is competitive due to low overheads and our ability to work within our customers budget. We offer discounts for pensioners and discounts for family referrals.

MBR tree care gets great satisfaction from performing quality tree work throughout Melbourne. It is great to drive throughout the street of melbourne to see healthy trees that we have previously worked on or currently look after.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
A customer once asked me to give her a quotation for a tree removal. She said that she wanted to remove it as she had just recieved the 'baby bonus". She wasn't amused when i had a look at the size of the job and told her that she will need "1st home buyers grant"
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
i replied to an ad in the paper asking for "tree climbers". This lead to studying arboriculture at NMIT parkville and the rest is history...........................
