I am fully insured with the highest insurance- public liability 20 million dollars I guarantee my workmanship for 1 year (but if there was a special case I would be flexible and not strict if it's fair)

I care about my reputation and pride myself so much on being clean, honest, reliable and well mannered, no excuses !

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Accepted Answer

I am clean, honest, friendly and take a lot of pride in my work.  I bring up issues/ faults and rectify them with your permission with no pressure of up selling work. I have a very good customer relationship and rating and i aim to keep this! I go above and beyond and am more than just a plumber.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

pictures help alot, knowing where the problem is or the surroundings helps big time!  it's nice to know if there is access under the house if need be, or where the closest service (water/ drainage/ gas etc) is to connect onto for the new works

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

hourly upfront, but if the work is easy to gauge and quote then i'm happy to quote. hourly is best though, because most people will do the basic/ fastest job to get paid, I do prefer hourly so i can do the best job possible without compromise and leaving defective plumbing etc without fixing it.

unblocking drains, the most satisfying! I don't mind getting dirty! also like giving people hot water after their system breaks down

I have been plumbing for 16 years with experience in all aspects of it. I have my cert 3 & 4 in plumbing Backflow Prevention & Thermostatic mixing valve qualifications Experience in remedial building and waterproofing detailing Real Estate and Strata works
