  I did contact Matt and he provided a quote and we locked in a day to the do the job. I took leave and was home but no one turned up and I called and sent messages to be told that we would plan for a day following week. Another day planned the week after and I took leave again and was home and no one again turned up, no phone calls, no text to say what the job didn't go ahead. Very poor communication and I was the one chasing Matt. Very poor customer support.
