It was not explained when we booked that Super Ceap were a backloading service. The delivery of a reclining electric bed from Melbourne to NSW took nearly 2 weeks compared to the 3-4 days anticipated. We would have to know the dates, time and the bedroom size of the customer.
If the items are unusual like pool table or piano , the customer have to notify the company.

We are well insured with Allianz and cover the goods with in the transit and also have public liability insurance up to $1000000

One of our customers had a sofa that he wants to get it down from balcony to the ground floor which our boys did it with the help of ropes and straps. The customer was very happy and tipped the boys.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
We are a melbourne based company and do lot of local jobs. We decided to do interstate as it is quite a new experience and really diversify our radius to around 10,000 kms.
