Normally a property hasn't been cleaned thoroughly for a while before we arrive. Therefore, the initial cleaning of a property is usually quite a heavy job. Instead of charging extra for the additional effort of an initial clean, any clients coming on board as a regular scheduled customer will receive the first initial clean at the regular price. This is a basically a mini spring clean for free :)
