  I recently had the misfortune of using this company to develop my website. I should have smelt a rat when I was bombarded on various platforms for my deposit minutes after agreeing to take them on. The first "service" they provided was 6 sample templates - something I could have done myself with 20 minutes of googling - two of the links were broken. When I complained what a bad start it was I received an apology. I sent through some example websites of my competitors to provide more context and the copy. I was really shocked and underwhelmed when the first preview link was sent through. This contained one of the sample templates I had earlier rejected, portrayed me in a completely different occupation and contained only some of the content I had sent. What's more the content was displayed in a confusing, clunky and illegible way and they had clearly made no attempt to look at the links I had sent nor to understand the specific context of my work. I kissed my $330 goodbye and cut my losses. My advice would be don't waste your time dealing with this unskilled, uncommitted and unprofessional group because it was clear to me they were not willing to give their time to understanding my needs.
