  Not happy with the service. Damaged the door of my brand-new fridge causing a dent diagonally across its door. Also dropped one of my expensive Chesterfield sofas. The sofa was not visibly damaged though however the dent on the fridge door is very visible reducing its value considerably. I followed the removalists initially when they were moving my stuff from the house to their truck but one of the guys assured me that they would take utmost care of my household things so there was no need to follow or watch them and so I did. .........and then this is happened soon after. The removalists said that the dent was already there which is an absolute lie. It's not like it is a second-hand fridge. It was a couple of months old when I bought it brand new. Five months since I reported this but got no response. I had tried to put my review in soon after this happened on the portal here but for some reason, my review didn't go through then. Hoping this one does. I wouldn't use them ever again. Didn't want to give even a 1 star rating but unfortunately I couldn't go any lower.

  Efficient and reliable service to move my belongings this week. The two guys listened to what i needed and to took care to lift and transport my boxes containing fragile items. I would highly recommend this company within Canberra, as their charges are reasonable and fair and they did a great job. Thanks so much guys, you worked so hard in the heat.
