  We are fully insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability. We don't do repairs - we only provide written reports.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  We used to work for the big insurance companies dealing with their plumbers claims. They often weren't very nice to property owners and only wanted to deny or minimise their claims so we ended up starting our own business helping property owners and managers instead.
