We have assisted many clients over the years with many different needs. Probably one of the most memorable was a client that approached us years ago to complete 25 years of tax returns! In this era of technology we were definately set up to accomodate this client. There were some manual forms to complete as the returns went back to approximately 1989- that was fun! :-)

Customers often ask how long is the return going to take to complete (depending on the type of service we give them an estimate , usually within a week turnaround for an Individual to 2 weeks for more complex returns) How much the service will cost ( again this will depend on the type of tax return, from Individuals, Business Tax Returns, Trusts)The experience the Accountant has had - Lots ! 25 Years, ATO questions, such as debts, lodgement dates, all these are usually handled immediately and the client is informed within 24 hours
