Yes, I have a Certificate of Currency for Business Insurance with AON.  Also, the Certificate of Currency for Accountants Professional Indemnity with AON. Besides the current Insurance,  I am honest, responsible and reliable. I am a person with integrity  I like to treat my customer's business as if the business was my own business

I would like for people to use a hand sanitiser and a mask. Also, to disclose if they have had close contact with a person with COVID or if they have COVID or covid symptoms on the date of our appointment? If that is the case then we can have a Zoom meeting or re-schedule a face to face appointment.

I have a couple of good memories with some of the previous customers.  I had one in particular in which she contact me because somebody give her my business card. I did the accounting system for the company. We went through different stages of the business until it was necessary to close because the owner couldn't continue for personal reasons. I did the company de-registration and all the legal procedures with ATO and ASIC. It was special for me because until now we are friends.

Accounting is a constant challenge. When I manage to organise or re-organise a business accounting system, gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Having the confidence that the owner can concentrate to make the business grow.

How much experience the professional has?  How familiar is the professional with the task? Is the job going to be finished before the deadline?

How much it would cost the total Job?  The price of the job can vary depending on how big or how small it is? It all depends on the complexity of the job? Nevertheless, I can give a basic quote that could increase if the job gets complex for example  How many pages does the bank statement have on a monthly bases? Some clients said they are not too many. But when they give the bank statement some statements can have more than 20 pages? in dose cases, the price has to be increased. Does the business owner use a personal bank account to receive payments and purchases products? Does the business use a credit card to make payments? Does the business receive and purchase with cash?  Do I have to ask those questions? Yes, otherwise the accounts don't balance

How long has the business been operating? I mentioned before how many pages the Business bank statement has on a monthly bases? Also, does the business has any extra source of income and different ways of payment?  Does the business has any relation or connection with another entity? How many employees does the business have?

Keeping the business documents and invoices sorted by month not necessarily by expense. Having all the Bank statements available, Don't leave for the last minute to look for professional help.
