What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

If you require one of our cleaning packages, for example, a Vacate Clean/End of Lease Clean, an Onsite Inspection is required to eliminate any nasty additional costs or expenses.  Be extra careful with cheaper quotes as their services may not entail a quality clean, may exclude certain items, and/or may have hidden add-on costs.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Stack dining chairs aside.  Remove items from benches, desks, floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, and anywhere that requires cleaning. Ensure your stove tops/cook tops/microwaves/bathrooms, etc, do not have excessive build-up as this consumes a lot of time to clean, and time equals your money.

Per Hour Rate. Per Job Site Inspection. Per Cleaning Package.  Individual clients must pay on the day, and a receipt will be issued on the spot. Firms will be given a Quote/Invoice and an allocated term to pay date.
