We know our system works. With over 15+ years of results activities are fun and engaging. We also limit class sizes to a maximum of 8 people so as to provide a premium service. With Midian, you are a name, not a number.

Certain things I will need to know are past exercise history, current sleep and work routine and a discussion on what you have done up to this point. As I wish to get to know my clients, it helps me to effectively meet and exceed their needs.

Money can be saved by training with a partner or even considerring attending group classes. More on this as we discuss your goals and situation :)

First Month Special: $97 for 28 days Unlimited Classes. Classes run Monday through to Friday and accomodate needs from 6am through to 8pm.

With no overheads and an outlook as to this being a lifestyle choice and not a business, we are able to offer a lower price for a premium service.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The charge is set up through a direct debit with a frequency which is agreeable to the client.  We also accept cash for a 12 week up front period to ensure results.

We get people mobile and healthy. Some of our people end up going into Obstacle races others rave about how they are so much stronger and have more energy than they did previously.
