By law my business must be insured and the customer is covered by a six year labour guarantee provided by the plumbing industry commission.

Generally speaking no job is the same so it's not repetitive,so every job has it's own feel, Then there's new materials or tools  coming out in the trade quite frequently so that keeps it interesting.

If they are Licensed plumbers is a good start ! Some times not all is how  much experience does the tradesman have.

All sorts of questions I get asked ! ,from time to time a couple of silly Billy ones, lol but I'm always most happy to answer with integrity and honesty.

Prior to commencing underground drainage works it is in most cases best to provide a property drainage sewer  plan from the relevant authorities.
