Matt was good. He still has to come back to finish the job because he needed to order a spare part and it will take at least a week to get it.

Maintenance and finding and repairing electrical faults for domestic, industrial and commercial customers. There is no job too big or too small.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Either we agree on a quote or by the hour. I'm open to discussion. Most small jobs are easier to quote, that way you the customer knows at the start of the job how much it will cost.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We offer free quotes and we do not charge a call out fee. Our hourly rate is also a lot lower than a lot of our competitors.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
We offer a 24 hour emergency break down service to all customers. Repeat customers will be given discounts. A lot of our work is by referral and we appreciate and reward these customers with discounts.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Make sure the work area is clear and accessible for me. Refer me to other customers. Agree on a quote.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The nature of the job, the location of the installation and the accessibility to the job at hand (in the roof, under a house etc).
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes, all our work is fully insured and guaranteed. We like happy customers as they generally refer us to others.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We have been in the electrical industry for over 10 years and have many satisfied repeat customers. Our prices are very competitive and our work is of the highest quality.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
"Can you install security systems (CCTV) or alarm" - yes we can. "Can you come after hours or on weekends when I'm home" - yes we can.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Are you insured? Can you provide me with an electrical certificate of safety? Within what time frame can the job be completed.
What do you like most about your job?
Satisfying customers would have to be number one for me followed by being involved with the community and meeting new people.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
I have worked on a bakery before and we were given free pies and coffee. I always enjoy getting a job by the water.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
When I was at school I always knew I wanted to be an electrician and I'm glad it's turned out that way. Working for myself is just a bonus.
