How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I got ino my line of work beacause Landscaping is my passion. I would hate to get up every day and have to go to a job that I didn't like. I have passed this on to my children too. They have all finished their educations now and all love their jobs too. I am happy to say that I have never lost my enthusiasm and still enjoy going to work every day.

Bill is the owner of Moore Landscaping Pty Ltd and has been operating in the Macarthur area for over 25 years. He is very knowledgable and has a wealth of experience in all areas of landscaping and prides himself on exceptional customer service every time. Moore Landscaping is fully insured ( Public Liablility, Workers Compensation and Home Warranty Insurance). Home Warranty Insurance, by law,  is compulsory for all work over $20,000.00.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

If the landscaping is for a new home, then we would need to know what stage the construction is at. An indication of the extent of the work i.e. retaining walls, driveway, paving etc or simply garden edging and turf. This ensures that enough time is allocated for the inspection, measuring and quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Get a site inspection and quote from us and Bill will be able to suggest ways in which to be most cost effective. There may be a way of not having to have that retaining wall as high or simply using a different product might be more cost effective.

During the quoting process, alternative suggestions will often be made to help make the project more cost effective.  Our pricing is always consistent, and our experienced tradesmen work quickly and efficiently to complete the work to the highest standard and in a timely manner.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We quote after a site inspection and then supply a written quote including all materials and labour as well as any council fees and insurance premiums (Compulsory Home Warranty Insurance for all residential work over $20,000.00) that might apply

Moore Landscaping works in all areas of landscaping, both Residential (large or small). We are able to construct an entire yard, front and back, including driveways,retaining walls, paving, decks, pergolas and more. We are also experienced in Commercial work, i.e Schools (including playing fields, playgrounds and gardens), Churches (large gardens, carpark etc) and  Industrial complexes.
