  Would have loved to have given a higher review, but we hired John and his team to redo our gutters. Initial experience was positive, calls and requests were answered. But a few weeks after the install, we were inundated with heavy rain in Newcastle. That’s where I had spotted a few spots within the new replaced gutters that needed some attention (siliconing joints etc). Made contact with John and I was told someone will be there to rectify the issue, I also had asked that some guttering brackets needed attention as they had not been attached properly. After several conversation through texts, face to face (as they were also doing work at our neighbours property). Nothing has been done to fix these issues, have also asked for him to supply us with paper work/receipt for the job completed so that we have some form of paperwork for the warranty of work completed and gutters warranty, was told he’ll drop it off, but nothing. Made contact, then was told he’ll email it to me. No such email, it’s been almost 2 months, I understand you might be busy, but please don’t overpromise and underdeliver. I understand that upon completion of the job, it’s difficult wether any leaks with appear until we’ve had some rain, but when asked to come back to rectify the issues, do come back and complete your job which you have agreed to. Plenty of time, patience and understanding has been given to you.
