  I worked for him, I was accused of being a thief because of his mistake. Then he stole my weekly salary. and he also always told me that he didn't care about the client as long as he was paid, so he don't care about your stuff

  Hi Gabriel thanks for your review. You were the only person who had access to the truck. At the end of the day you put a padlock on the back to lock the doors with the keys in the back. There are no signs of a break in/forced entry. If you have lost or misplaced the money for the job thats quite unfortunate I’m sorry this has happened to you and I wish you all the best

  I had a fantastic experience with Wendell and Iago. Not only were they considerate and professional, but their skill in removing a three-seater couch from my apartment was truly impressive. My friend and I had struggled to get the couch in, and I was worried about potential damage during the removal process. However, Wendell and Iago handled the job with ease and care, ensuring that the couch was removed without any issues. I highly recommend their services!

  Not only were they 3 and a half hours late (arriving at 4:17pm), they were so slow, damaged my furniture (couch, fridge, baby drawers and another chest of drawers) which was in perfect condition prior, were careless carrying furniture into the house damaging walls/doorways and had very poor time management (taking two and a half hours to get the first load to my house which was 13 minutes away from my storage unit) this caused them to charge me DOUBLE of what was quoted - to no fault of my own. I gave them an accurate description of what was to be moved. A $390 quote went up to a charge of $817 which was to be paid before they left, at 9:20pm when I’m a recently single mother living on my own. I was too uncomfortable to dispute this at the time. I have since reached out several times for this to be resolved but haven’t received so much as an apology from the company who were so quick to reply to my messages when enquiring about the move. I hired movers to ease the stress of moving but it only added to it. I’m so disappointed and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. Do not use this company, they’re extremely unprofessional.
