  Absolutely terrible experience with this company. We used them for a move on 31/01/26, and multiple items were damaged while in their care. Our dining table had a full set of legs broken off and is now completely unusable. Our table tennis table was also damaged from impact, leaving the surface broken and unusable. Both items were in good condition prior to the move, so there is no question the damage occurred during handling by their team. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. I have made multiple attempts to call and follow up, but no one answers or responds. Completely unprofessional. I have photos and can provide receipts or quotes, yet they have made no effort to resolve the situation. I’ve requested repair, replacement, or reimbursement, but have been ignored. They have now blocked mine and my partners number so we are unable to contact them. Due to this i have escalated the matter to the Queensland Office of Fair Trading and pursuing a claim through QCAT. Would not recommend using this company.

  The moving team was professional, efficient, and very careful with all of our belongings. They arrived on time, handled everything smoothly, and made the whole moving process much less stressful. Communication was clear from the beginning, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the job. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable moving service.
