  Forgot to book us! Nearly a no-show with 2 hour delay. Scheduled a moving appointment with this company a month ago, received the confirmation message from them and communicated a week before the moving date. On the day of the move, no one showed up at the scheduled time. I called the company, and to my surprise, they found my record and said they forgot to book us in. The person on the phone asked me to hold while he tried to find someone to help—and then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times but couldn’t get through. About half an hour later, they finally called back and said they had someone available. By then, the 2 hour delay had already caused a lot of stress and disruption. It was really disappointing given that there are so many great reviews on google. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a house move.
