when enquiring a company for a quote, you should ask these questions . * Do you supply and fit plastic protection covers on soft furnishings.  *Do you disconect and reconnect white goods . *Is the quote quote a capped or open meterage quote ( very important ). * How much a quick metre will I be charged if there is more volume than calculated in original quote .

we need an  *Inventory listing of they items being moved to calculate the meterage . *level of difficulty to access for heavy vehicles . *Approximate number or levels of stairs.  * Any items over 80kg need to be reported prior to the quote being emailed . *number of mattresses ensemble bases ,couches,arm chairs and sizes Q,K,S etc . this is to ensure Plastic protection covers are available for our team to fit on the day as well as number of TV's and sizes 45" etc .

* Be packed and ready  * Be organised  *Have an accurate inventory list to provide to staff , by doing his you eliminate the worse case cenario calculation wich is exactly how all removalists quote on jobs with limited information. .

Charges are calculated hourly or fixed . hourly rates depend on the amount of staff required . fixed rate prices are calculated by adding the distance , volume and level of difficulty basicly .
