Without a lot of direction by myself, I feel a lot of stuff wouldn’t have made it onto the truck. One of the guys was more interested in trying to get me doing work for him privately than being productive so the job took longer, also included him require use of my bathroom for 20mins. I then had to argue with him over the time they arrived and actually spent doing the job. They eventually left with me feeling I was overcharged. The ability at moving stuff was ok though and nothing was broken. When I’m paying someone by the hour I expect them to be working quickly and professionally, unfortunately not on this occasion.Tjon

Overall OK. The truck could not fit everything but was not given much in the way of heads up (so I could prioritise different things to go in for example). The plants got stacked on top of each other, resulted in all my tulips dying. Not really plant friendly movers.Tracee
