Amazing effort from Shanky and his helper moving us from a house to the 25th floor 50km away. They were on time which was super important with booking of lifts and the travel distance. Super quick and efficient and worked around the rules and time limits of the building to make sure we could get it done. Couldn’t imagine doing this without you guys. Forever grateful!23 Jun 2022

I booked a large truck for lift and shift (No packing) of 2 bed appartment stuff within the city. Due to the truck height it couldn't come to the car park. I requested driver to park on the driveway but he refused and left without saying anything. Movee sent a smaller truck instead in 2 hrs. It was so small that it took two trips to move my stuff and costed me double the estemated price. My move was supposed to be finished by the afternoon but it finished quarter to 8.22 Jun 2022

We recommend to provide all the details such as height restrictions and bad access to avoid these sort of issues and based on that the truck and the movers gets allocated by the service provider. It seems the operations department changed the truck as per the request but due to the situation it was one of the requirement if multiple trip was done.
