• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We are insured within our industry. Experience tells me that not every person is going to like what we do, even though every person will benefit from it. We are happy to recommend other practitioners if our style does not suit your needs or goals, both within our business or outside if required. We are really clear on our expertise - amazing Pilates and Physio - and if we can't give you what you want, we will find the right person for you.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  We were active from a young age, and then being desk bound brought up some obviously aches and pains... On top of a significant list of injuries from sport/dance. And guess what: movement is the cure! Taking on the challenge of running a studio enabled our clients to come to a central area and allowed us to help more people.
