Yes, of course I am an insured business and importantly so for my customers!  My work is also very pet approved with a gaurantee of satisfaction that I'm proud of!  Quite simply I never wish to disappoint you.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As an ex breeder & exhibitor of German Shepherd Dogs, I felt relaxed around dogs & pets / animals in general, so I started mobile dog washing many years ago & things changed & progressed from there.

A recent client warned me about how their dogs were not really used to visitors etc. and that they may bark & be somewhat wary & carry on, so I naturally suggested to them that I wasn't concerned & that everything will be fine. Well, upon my arrival they barked for a bit then quickly settled to being relaxed without the slightest concern for my presence. I casually walked out to their backyard & wandered around their surrounds. They followed me and followed me, they sniffed and sniffed, however, they never once more barked. I sat on the concrete & they sat nearby. The owners were astounded & the dogs & I were mutual friends without negotiation :)

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is having satisfied customers & more so satisfied pets.  Being around pets is somewhat therapeutic & there is no greater reward than a wagging tail (Of a dog of course!). I love nothing less than helping people achieve a result for their beloved pets.

Is it a registered Business with an ABN? Does the Business have insurance? Are you Nationally Police Checked? How well is the business managed?

The most common question undoubtably is 'How Much Will It Cost' & my answer is simply 'What sort of a service do you wish to pay for?' That often helps in working out cost saving programs.

What makes my business and myself most reliable & trustworthy is that I DO what I SAY I can or will do! My customers are always kept informed and always updated. If something happens to backfire, clients are entitled to know.

I provide a real service that is with a minimum of fuss, nothing can be too difficult! Having said this, if you like a 'better' job done, then look no further. If I say I cannot, then I don't believe it can be achieved, that's fairly simple. My business is registered with an ABN, I'm nationally Police Checked & also Insured.

My pricing is competitive because of my service ability, which in turn makes my pricing fair & just. I give you what you're paying for with cost effect & added value!  If you want 'cheap' then I suggest you find someone who cannot look after your pet(s)!

How do you normally charge for your service?

I currently charge for my services by means of a 'From' rate. Most start at $15. Each & every job can be different so it's charged based on the service requirement.

Having the knack with getting the 'not so good' things from a dog / pet to becoming ' a whole lot better'. I respect all animals / pets & in turn gaining the animals respect is paramount.

​​​I'm an ex breeder where I trained dogs for obedience & for show exhibitions with many rewarding experiences. Assisting other breeders & exhibitors with conditioning & preparation of their dogs elevated my passion, respect & knowledge. I have a natural calmness & patience around pets with a passion in helping them being comfortable. All my clients feel at ease knowing their beloved friends are in capable hands.
