  We are a Melbourne based company, owned and operated by Mick and Michael. Mr. M was created by two young, focused, Aussie blokes looking to make a difference in the computer service industry by focusing on customer satisfaction, support and training.

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  1. One of the most common problems we see is virus and malware infections. If this is the case, your sensitive information may be at risk. Limit your computer and internet usage until we arrive to get your computer virus free. 2. Another thing we encounter a lot is the "DIY approach gone wrong" from our customers. If you're not 100% sure with what you're doing to try and fix your computer, give us a call otherwise you may make matters worse. 3. Backup, backup, backup. Data recovery can become a costly experience in extreme situations. To prevent the loss of your data, set up a backup plan or mention it to us so that we can put one in place for you.
