DO NOT USE, NUMEROUS CONSUMER AFFAIRS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED WITH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS. Jordan cam to my house on the day the business was called. He did NOT have any tools or spare parts. I asked to pay the $148 call out fee when the machine was fixed but he wouldn't accept that because he WASN'T COMING BACK. He said it would be repaired in a couple of days, A week later after I rang numerous times he finally made contact. He wanted to charge me $190 for an $80 part. It would have cost me $340 to replace a rubber seal on my washing machine door .
