We had a customer who was in the position whereby they could not receive vendors consent to sell. They were really stressed out and did not no what to do or who to ask help, we approached them and got the land sold for them. The vendor provided us with a free dinner and provided 3 more sales.

We do not withhold a standard rate to charge every property, we believe it is not fair to do so because not every property is the same. Each property has its own unique features which either inhibit or assist in the selling price of the property, ultimately influencing the sale rate we charge.

No Sale, No fee. That is our main policy. We usually customise the commission for selling a property depending on how much the anticipated sale price is suggested to be (higher sale price= lower commission rate).
