We have a $500,000 professional indemnity insurance policy. We are regularly reviewed by the ATO, IPA and NTAA. We guarantee that our advice legal and not tax avoidance.

A client sold a business for a profit of over $2 million.  After detailed review of the various small business concessions and a suitable business structure we were able to reduce the income tax to $0. yes ZERO.  An awesome result and perfectly legal.  One of the great reasons to be in business.
