  Appalling quality. Neo Carpet Cleaning was by far the most expensive so I thought I was paying for quality. The carpets stank so much after cleaning 4 days after they were ripped out and new carpets fitted. 2 small 3m x4m bedrooms cleared and ready to clean, carpets were just 2 years old and had water damage from an aquarium leak, spent less than 40 minutes to clean then as he left emptied the dirty water on my lawn with a big clump of carpet hair. Phoned to complain only to be told its my fault for waiting 3 days but he was happy to take the money and said there is no guarantee and he did his best just spray some airwick. Do yourself a favour and do not use this over price rubbish service.
