I grew up stocky side until my parents had enough and put me on a bike to "find my confidence." This process of finding my confidence and overcoming obstacle after obstacle helped me to realize the importance of challenge and perseverance. This drove me to motivating people past their expectations!

On average our members seeking to lose weight consistently drop 1kg per week.  We deliver results in a predetermined time frame and hold ourselves to them. For members with weight loss goals our members lose on average 1kg per week.  If you are looking for a challenge we will arrange for you to be in a semi private group that has the same goal and will help you to move as a team to your ultimate achievement.  Payments are fortnightly via direct debit with no contracts or termination fees attached. Start or stop your training at any time.

I personally have over 11 years of experience in the health and fitness industry working with football clubs, gyms, bootcamps businesses, allied health professionals and schools. These experiences allow me to connect with my clients quickly and have informed me how to help them, achieve their goals rapidly.
