I am a landlord myself of over 20 years and largely unsatisfied with the level of care I received previously. I knew I could offer the service I wasn't receiving as long as my business was all about care, good communication and put quality over quantity! NextGen is that dream come true and we are very proud of it!

The most satisfying stories are those whereby clients came to us with a vacant property from another agency which couldn't lease it for 3 months and we rented it on the first week!!! We have a lot of such stories and we are proud of all of them!

How many properties do you manage and what is the ration of property manager to number if properties? In our view a great property manager cannot effectively manage more than 100-125 properties. Any more than that and quality of service and communication will suffer. At NextGen we have a portfolio of 100 properties and 3 property managers you can always rely on. With us, you are not just a number!

How do you lease out properties quickly in the current tough Sydney Market? My answer is that we are not a large agency with numerous vacancies so every vacant property is important to us. We will post our ads with the best photos we can find and we will continue to work hard to field enquiries and have private inspections as we know that every day the property is empty, is costing our clients money.

Money can be saved either by having your vacant property leased at the earliest possible timeframe OR by getting great deal during repairs and maintenance. We pride ourselves in our ability to rent a property and we have a range a handymen, suppliers and professional we work with - all of which are great value for money. We understand that this is important as we are landlords ourselves and know that every dollar counts.

Our management fee range from 4.4% to 5.5% - depending on the property. We are happy to negotiate if the fees are important to you.
