Small 5 room unit repaint in similar colours over clean surfaces. Raza was quick to respond & able to accomodate job timing. Pricing was consistant with other quotes & he was selected as being a local trader. As the job was a very basic repaint of ceiling, walls, doors, & trim it was completed within 4 days. Quality of finish was average with trim overpainting & inconsistent coverage. Make-good instruction did not result in significant improvement to finished work. Further touch-up will be required at another time. Raza’s skill set assessment is best described as average & suited to basic projects not requiring a high degree of finesse.
