  Nigel is the 3rd installer to work on my floor which kept failing as the levelling compounds would buckle from moisture in the old slab. The second professional installer didn’t take the time to remove all the old compounds to start fresh so it failed again. He also did no research, applied no moisture barrier and used regular levelling compounds which were doomed to fail. I can see why the second installer did this as Nigel had to spend an incredible amount of time grinding to remove old compounds. To fix the problem he used a penetrative concrete moisture sealer and researched levelling compounds and presented me with the option to use a compound which should not buckle under moisture if it were to come through the sealer. He really cared about ensuring the job would work and he was working 12+ hr days everyday to get this job done correctly. I’ve honestly never seen anyone work so hard. Can’t thank Nigel enough for working so hard and caring about the quality of his work. It’s nearly impossible to find this quality anymore. Turned up when he said and didn’t leave until the job was finished, which meant working long hrs extremely hard. It was an absolute god send to find him as I truly believe no other installer would bother to work as hard as was needed for this job. Or if so they would have charged triple the amount. Thanks so much Nigel. Has held up after all this rain and I’m so confident it will stand the test of time

  My business liability insurance allows me to work at Airports Hospitals or any major shopping centre like Westfields. All products I supply have a manufacturer warranty. Installations where I supply products are guaranteed to be free from installation fault for 5 years.I guarantee all my work.My business is my name. Any installation work is also guaranteed under Australian Consumer Law.There are products and brands that I will refuse to install.I know they are rubbish Ive never had a manufacturer state installation error and Im not about to. My installations exceed Australian standards and manufacturer's recommendations.The employees in my business group only do best practice for all floor installations.

• Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

  No this is none of my business I do ask though if you are feeling unwell, let us know and keep a safe distance from myself and the employees.
