  Average job. Got plastering done from them and found small holes on wall even after heavy sanding. Refilled holes again with more plaster and resanded but result was marginally better than before.I did sanding myself which could also be reason for those little holes.

  The customer asked me to patch the wall but not charge him for the sanding which had to be done the next day because he wanted to do it him self to save money, on the other hand after inspecting his photos it was clear to me that the wall was not sanded properly. It was sanded with a small piece of sand paper where I clearly stated to him that it needs to be sanded with a sanding machine. If he let me do the sanding then he will not be in this situation. Im happy to go back and fix the problem at no charge because customer satisfaction means a lot me.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I really enjoy the painting and waterproofing industry. I started of as an apprentice and studied at tafe for 4 years. I finally finished my course and am now licensed.
