  Very thorough I thought from the start, asked to visit the house and look at the job first, house visit was organize and pictures taken to estimate volume for truck size and number of ppl require. Quote received that matched what was comunicated. Job estimated 8hrs, give or take. Offer was accepted, No Direct Deposit terms were available for completion, either cash or credit cards with a 2% overcharge. Still all okay, and we went a head with the job. deposit was paid however via direct deposit after 2-3emails requesting. Any way the long and short of it the two guys that did the job on the day did very well Rami and Michael. Approx. 70% of the house was packed and moved on the day. Truck was full to the brim... maybe wrong size truck and maybe three guys needed - I am not a mover - 730start finished 430 with a 45min drive. Thank you Rami and Michael

  Do not hire if you have a time sensitive move. They provided false information and did not uphold promises made in the booking process. Customer service was not responsive despite their responsiveness to Google reviews. - Quote says they offer tailored start times - when I requested 12:30pm they said they could not accommodate and could only do 10am. When I asked to cancel my booking and refund the deposit, they changed their mind and said they would definitely be on time at 12:30pm. - Booking confirmation says they will call one hour before arrival. They did not call, so I called 30mins before our scheduled pick up. I was told that according to the GPS on the truck, they were on track to be on time. The driver called 5mins past the scheduled time and advised he was 50mins away. - They arrived an hour late. This was extremely stressful as we had a simultaneous settlement and had a deadline to vacate. - Their time estimates are very inaccurate. They estimated 3-4 hours for 2 bedrooms. The move took 7.5 hours. I recommend choosing a different removalist that does an in person inspection. - Two pieces of furniture were broken. One was a table that they stacked about 15 boxes on top of in the truck. The other was an entertainment unit that they dragged across the floor of the truck, breaking a leg. - The day after, I called to discuss the issues above. I was asked to send an email and they would get back to me ASAP. They did not pick up my calls or acknowledge my emails until 3 days later. In the end they offered a $200 refund for the damaged items, but they ignored my follow ups before finally paying 4 days later.
