Yes our business in fully insured for $20m personal indemnity and public liability. This covers anyone that trains with us in our studio or bootcamp.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

As you get older you realise that whilst our minds still feel like we are 20 our bodies don't. I want to enjoy getting older and ensure I'm active and fit enough to continue to do the things I love to do.

It's probably my own story. Having 4 kids, working full time and hitting the big 40, my weight and fitness suffered. I then decided enough was enough and my wife and I started bootcamp and we loved it so much so I decided to study fitness and the rest is history!

It all depends what the clients is looking for. Qualifications are probably the most important as it's imperative that whomever is training you knows how to do it properly. Insurance is another - it's one of those things that you just want to ensure you are covered for.

We have a normal life, family and work commitments and have experienced the challenges and struggles to workout, stay fit and eat well. David is also ex military so understands the importance of team work, routine and doings things right the first time.
