Because I'm old school my word is my bond and I pride myself with that,we've all been ripped off at one time or another by so called professional people and a bad name gets around a lot faster,most of my work has always been word of mouth from customers

I Pride myself in doing the best job for the customer and I only do a job as if I was the one spending good money on it, and I won't leave until the customer is totally happy

Type of product that's broken,serial numbers,brand names,model numbers,is it being moved,location,during working or after hours,supply of materials etc,any relevant information regarding the job

If a pipe has to be dug up and if you're able to dig it up before the plumber gets to the job this will save a lot,if you have a broken water pipe turn the meter off straight away and if the plumber has to get into cupboards empty them first,time is money and most will charge you for it

Because of years of experience in plumbing you get  to know how long a job will take (changing a hot water system) etc saves a lot of time and money

Hourly rate,quote or estimate,for the more difficult jobs it usually works out cheaper with an estimate  for the customer because on a difficult job every tradie will quote top dollar
