I offer high quality aromatherapy products at an affordable price. No fancy packaging so that I can keep the prices low so that everyone can benefit from this natural form of healing.
I am available 7 days a week and have early and late appointments available.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I am a member of the IICT (International Association of Complementary Therapists) and ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association).
I have studied Herbal Medicine and am qualified in several other modalities.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I specialise in helping people on their journey to wellness by providing high quality services at an affordable price.
I am LOCAL and create my aromatherapy blends to benefit you.

How do you normally charge for your service?
My Relaxation Massages are cash only.
My Natural Therapy services are on a cash basis.
My aromatherapy parties are cash, Eftpos or credit card.
I may be able to barter my services.
What makes your pricing competitive?
Relaxation Massage $50 for an hour.
Ear Candling $40. Redo both ears $25. Redo one ear $12.50
Aromatherapy products start at just $8. Balms for PMS, Menopause, Headaches & Aches & Pains $15.
Room Atomisers $16. FREE Relaxation Massage when you book and host an Aromatherapy party.
Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
Not only is my Relaxation Massage $50 for an hour, but I am also offering the 5th massage FREE (this free offer is open until the end of March, 2015).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
3 Tips for a successful Aromatherapy Party:
1) Invite as many people as you can.
2) Take outside orders prior to the party with payment wherever possible.
3) Have fun and learn about natural products!
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
I am fully insured and guarantee that you will walk out of my room feeling relaxed, recharged and revitalised.
My aromatherapy products offer a 7 day replacement guarantee (if it is deemed to be defective).

I love everything about my job!
I love that I can help people on their journey to wellness by providing services that relax, recharge and revitalise. I get great satisfaction by knowing that people love my aromatherapy products and massages.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I decided to learn about natural therapies when I first started my family.
Initially I completed a natural therapies course online and added my other modalities from there.
I am always learning and love hearing that I have been able to help people.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
I can be trusted to provide people with the help that they need. My passion is knowing that I have helped people. I am not in this business purely for the financial gain. I love what I do!
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Customers ask me where I am situated. I can tell them that I am located in Central Bendigo and that parking is not a problem as I am adjacent to the Coles carpark in town.
Customers ask me a wide range of questions so that they can feel healthier and happier.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
I need to know what the customer feels is their issue (eg; Menopause, PMS, pain). I can then work out the best treatment options for them, whether that be massage, aromatherapy, ear candling, flower essences, life coaching or referral to another practitioner.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
There are so many stories that I would love to share both from my customers and from my own journey experiencing the benefits of flower essences, ear candling, aromatherapy, massage and the other modalities that I offer.

The customer should ask whether the person is qualified, how much they charge, what experience do they have, what are the payment options, what hours they work, where are they situated.
They should also check that what the person is able to provide them is what they are actually wanting or needing..
