We are fully insured.  Our materials come with a 10 year warranty.  We will also return to replace any tiles that may crack within 12 months of our work being undertaken (although we have not been asked to do this!).

Being trusted to undertake work on our clients valuable asset. Knowing that our finished work will last for years and that it brings pleasure to our clients. We are a family business so we treat each job like it is our own home, we also treat our staff like family.

Customers need to get more than one quote. This is an unregulated market and many people have been taken advantage of in the past and still today (in price, excessive work undertaken and the quality of materials used). Get the advice of a builder if you are still not sure.

Many customers can see their roof needs some work or they want to rejuvenate the look of their home. Some people have had the idea of a renovation put in their head for a number of reasons, if we get an opportunity to quote we can provide information on how we will perform the job and the benefits of the work being undertaken.

Guaranteed work at competitive price. We don't pressure sell and will advise against work if we believe the cost to the client can be avoided.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We only repair and restore cement tiled roofs. We can organise a quote for all other roofing needs like plumbing and Colorbond roofs.  We also need to inspect the roof before we can provide an accurate quote. We also prefer you are home so we can point out any concerns we notice.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Have a close look at your roof, can you see the cement cracking that is holding the caps in place?   Can you see cracked tiles or have you had a water leak?  Before you call for a quote, decide if you want the roof repainted. You might get talked into work you do not want, and think about if you want a pergola instead of a roof renewal. Some get talked into the pergola and then realise how tired the roof looks...this adds up to additional costs.

Many people think they can't get their roof restored during the cooler months. We can repair and restore 12 months of the year, however we prefer to do the painting between October and March.   We offer a discount for owners to repair their roof in the cooler months and book their re-paint for the warmer months.

We know we don't have to come back to fix up errors and our products come with a 10 year warranty. We are a family business, so we know important quality products are and quality workmanship validates the investment.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

Cost are determined by the size of your roof and the amount of work required. Repairs and tile replacements are a per metre charge and repainting is on a square metre rate. If you decide on both options, the overall cost is less.
