I have always wanted to work as a celebrant. Now was the time to do the study and regisration process so I can build a business, meet wonderful people, provide a needed service, and have a great time with the family in celebrating special occasions.

I LOVE meeting people and helping them put their dreams into reality, there is no such thing as Bridezilla, just people who are planning a ceremony that means so much to them. With my help we achieve that dream.

Is the celebrant currently registered with the Attorney General. What is your registration number. Can I see the certificate of current registration. With these questions you know you are getting a professional who is accountable.

Do I have to change my name to my husband's? No, you do nt need to change your name, you can keep your own name, or use a combination, Name change is only by convention, and not changed legally unless you want to do that.

Celebrants are registered with the Attorney General and must abide by the Code of Conduct. As a Federal employee I provide a professional and friendly service to all my clients.

Edwina provides a relaxed fun day that creates happy memories of your special day. I craft your ceremony to suit your family values and the beliefs that you hold dear.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1 I need to know what size ceremony you plan 2.. I need to know the location 3. I need to know that you have the appropriate identification documents. With this information I can give you a solid quote.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

All one flare customers receive a special gift for booking through OneFlare. This is usually a pewter certificate holder to store your certificate in so it will be preserved.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I do not have a set price for a ceremony. The charge for your ceremony is determined on the type of ceremony that you want. For example there is a special price for Private weddings and another price for more elaborate weddings.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Payment is preferably via bank transfer, however, cash payments are accepted. A payment plan can be discussed and arranged where necessary. Special rates apply for Pension Card holders.
