I am impressed Sam said he got at least 30 years experience in tiling. Besides, he hasn't got anyone helping and did all tasks himself so undeniably he is very hard working. I just discovered next day during the floor cleanup, there are a few spots the tiles got chipped but one looks very obvious, I believe those were likely caused by taking out the tile spacers/leveller. I would hope that he should let me know but not waiting me to discover. Unless this is normal and expect to happen that i am not 100% certain. Besides, I also mention a few key issue to be addressed for the job that was not addressed eventually. Apart for those, he is okay and doing a clean job.Dave
