• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I previously worked at the Mitsubishi car plant in Adelaide. When that closed I needed to look into other opportunities. I had always been passionate about my own health & fitness, so the change was obvious. And I haven't looked back.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  A elderly lady suffering with Parkinsons Disease, started as a client and in 12 weeks we had her not relying on a walking frame to get around in. Strength back in her arms so she could make a cup of tea, cook food and not be totally relient on her Husband. There life improved significantly.
