  I had a very bad experience with this company yesterday, I checked everything with them, I told them I want to have one-way removal not 2-3 times return, and please send a big truck, I listed everything I had and send it to them, they said it's fine they can do it in one, two guys came, before they start I showed everything to them, they said is fine they can take it one way, later they left few items and told me they have to come back for the second time. I couldn't do anything and I should finish the same day. So I thought is going to be quick because it was a few items left. I thought it take 5 hours but they waste time in between and took 9 hours and 30 minutes, they are not professional as they said, they didn't were gloves, and they don't have a good trolley and tools for moving your furniture, they scratched my washing machine, color damaged on my beauty table, they damage the one of draw luck, and scratched the fresh painting door, and scratched the floor. They asked me for more than $1k they have a hidden price, and at the end, they ask me to pay GST which they didn't mention at the beginning at all. I don't recommend this company at all

  Fantastic value, finally a reputable service that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Sam were very efficient, careful, considerate, and conscientious. The movers worked for 10 hours straight without showing signs of fatigue and complied with every request with grace.

  The boys at One touch took 6 hours to do a quoted 3 hour job. 1 truck load. I had less furniture and boxes in the day than first quoted. They spent more time talking and taking phone calls than moving my items. they were careful and wrapped a large mirror perfectly, (I don’t doubt they took care) which did not get damaged however the time it took to ‘put the puzzle together’ was ridiculous. Withing the first hour the only items in the truck were a mattress and bed. One of the boys left early and another took his place within the last hour, he had no care for the job, damaging a wall and refusing to cover costs. He Spent more time arguing that the lounge wouldn’t fit through the door way with no attempt to try at a different angle, lounge is now in the shed for me to move myself 😡 had to move two large lounge chairs and three heavy boxes in by myself as they were left outside. A few pieces of furniture which were brand new now have visible scratches on them. A number of items were left behind even though I was quoted on them. I tried my best to help them and hurry them up which clearly didn’t work. I would NOT recommend One Touch to anyone. If you decide to book these guys, maybe get them to physically look at what you’re moving and stick to a number. Otherwise they will move slowly and tell you they are just being ‘careful’. Time is money and they will take you for a ride 👎🏼
