Includes initial home visit to help setup your training space with exercise equipment supplied to reach your goals! In addition we provide online coaching support outside of your PT sessions. 👱‍♂️FACE TO FACE TRAINING One on one training is a fun and engaging way to reach your fitness goals with a bit more assistance to ensure exercises are performed correctly. We aim to be effective, supportive and empower you towards more self sufficiency and confidence in your life. 🏋️‍♀️ ACCESS TO STATE OF THE ART FITNESS EQUIPMENT Clients gain exclusive access to nearby Anytime Fitness facilities accompanied by their trainer. There is no extra charge for gym access during the PT session unless client requests their own specific gym membership with Anytime Fitness. 🍏 NUTRITION MANAGEMENT Food is directly correlated with your mood, energy and proper day to day functioning. We offer nutritional management services and advice to ensure your nutritional needs are met in line with your health & fitness goals. 🤝 NDIS ADVICE Leave it to us… We communicate with the appropriate parties involved in NDIS approvals to meet your health & fitness requirements. They may include but not limited to your case manager, support coordinator and allied health professionals. Progress notes can also be provided monthly to your support team.
