Fantastic experience using Ontime Movers. Very grateful that Aaron fitted us in for a household uplift and delivery at short notice during the busiest time of the year. Communication with the office was seamless. On the day, Hone and Mina were punctual, careful and efficient - their years of experience obvious. After many interstate and international house moves for work, we accept that a minor breakage will occur during a move, so we were very surprised and thankful that there wasn’t even a single scratch! Thanks Ontime Movers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a completely hassle free move. Highly recommended.Jason R

Ontime Movers were LATE, amongst many other issues. Frustrating experience. - The week before I received 2 incorrect automated texts with a very different arrival time to what was booked. I had to chase to confirm the correct time. - After 10 PM on the night before pickup, they tried to charge my credit card for the full amount which I had already paid. I had sent them a payment receipt with the invoice number noted. - The arrival window was 12-2 PM but the truck didn't turn up until just before 4pm. They didn’t finish until 9 PM when it was dark. - I had no communication on the day, so I texted and called but only got voicemail. I eventually got a text from their office, but it was a text intended for someone else. Shortly before the 2-hour arrival window closed, the crew finally called me to tell me they would be late. - 15 minutes before arriving, they suddenly told me they were bringing a double trailer truck to my inner-city location. The loading zone was only big enough for a single truck, which was what I was expecting to move my 1-bedroom apartment. Luckily, I was able to get the cars in front of the loading zone moved, but because the truck was so long, it hit a branch and they spent quite a while trying to avoid taking it out. - My quote said “This is a direct load for you, not a backloading service - This is our PREMIUM SERVICE.” However, the crew did a pick up and delivery before arriving (hence the double trailer) and were already exhausted. One guy was really nice, but the other was uncommunicative and rude to me and his co-worker. When I tried to raise a concern about something, he told me he’d been doing this for 30 years, and not to tell him how to do his job or I could do it myself. - Delivery was set for a few days after pick up, but I got a call the next day saying they were at my new address ready to unload. - They moved my glass cabinets with the glass doors against the metal trolleys without any padding, resulting in some scratches. Everything arrived covered in some kind of white plaster dust and my sofa got a grease mark on the back. - When I got my receipt (which I had to chase), they said that once I was settled in, I’d receive an email to provide a review. It’s been over 2 months and nothing. The reviews page on their website also currently has no way to leave a review. So here it is.Neale G

Ontime Movers have moved us twice, most recently yesterday, and have been excellent on both occasions. They were really flexible and supportive with a late date change when we were unavoidably delayed by a change in circumstances. They also exceeded expectations yesterday by providing 4 men for our move after we'd only paid for 2. I highly recommendtOntime
