Damaged walls, manager and removals team don't seem to communicate with each other. I asked / arranged specifically for a couple of things that the team had no idea about when they arrived. I paid more for travel time than anything else.15 May 2023
Hi Monique. We are sorry to see this bad review after our additional efforts to help you with your situation. To assist you, we lowered our minimum hourly rate as you could not afford our services. We are very clear the rate is hourly and can only estimate based on what you describe. You had the team do additional work outside of the initial scope of works presented to the crew including building a bed, which then increased the total time. The crew are paid from depot to depot, so travel time(although also reduced for you) is a necessity to be charged. The crew were not shown the wall damage while onsite. They are also confident they did not do it. For the benefit of the doubt, we also offered to have a free handyman repair the damage. It’s disappointing to see this poor review.
